The
Yine Project heralds an exciting new stage of community-based ecotourism
by
Pantiacolla Tours, with the Yine indians of the Peruvian Manu Biosphere
Reserve rainforest. The ten-year project, to build an eco-lodge
and
train the Yine people to run it, began early in 2001. In 2011, the
eco-lodge will be handed over to the Yine. Over this period, the
Yine
Project will welcome volunteers who can help with the various educational
programmes.
